1.The material of backing plate is ADC12 which is inclusion free and high density,it is die-casted by professional die-casting machine with large tonnage of 160T-180T to ensure the inner structure of brake shoe with high density and pore free.
2.The formular of brake lining is R&D by advanced engineer,with industrial production licence,we can produce the brake lining legally.
we make friction coefficient and wear rate test in our lab room and the third party institute to prove the quality can follow the national standard.
3.The workers in every progress need to work according to the operation instructions,our QC will control the quality in every progress to make sure the final products' quality are good.
