Propyl dihydrojasmonate (PDJ) is a synthetic class of jasmonic acid derivatives with high biological activity. PDJ has better stability, lower volatility, longer duration of physiological characteristics. Propyl dihydrojasmonate is more effective than Methyl dihydrojasmonate at low concentrations. Senyo PDJ tech content can up to 99%, also manufacture 1-5%SL that can spray directly.
Function:
Propyl Dihydrojasmonate is a synthetic plant growth promoter, similar in structure to the natural plant regulator jasmonic acid that commonly exist in vascular plants, non-toxic to the environment. Propyl Dihydrojasmonate ( PDJ ) can promote the synthesis of plant endogenous S-ABA, promote ethylene, promote fruit ripening; can catalyze the synthesis and enhancement of fruit anthocyanins (a red pigment, a type of flavonoids) and carotene. It accumulates anthocyanidins and at the same time improves the antioxidant capacity of fruits; it can induce the expression of plant resistance genes, awaken the active defense of plants, and enhance the resistance of plants to adversity.
