A, Face Board: (following as your requirement)
Calcium Silicate Board / Magnesium Oxide Board / Fiber Cement Board
Width of face board must be 608mm, allowed tolerance is ±2mm.
B, Sand:
SiO 2 ≥98% Fineness: Residue on 200 pore sieve ＜10%
C, Cement:
Ordinary Portland cement with grade of above 42.5
D, EPS (Expandable Polystyrene Granule）/ Perlite / Ceramicite / volcanic rock and other light-weight & porous materials. ( as your requirement)
E, Chemical Additives for Light Weight Energy Saving Wall Panel
F, Water Finished product of eps foam concrete sandwich panel :
