Installation and usage
Before installation, the necessary materials and tools should be prepared, every part of fan should be inspected, among which the impeller, housing, spindle and bearing parts should be particularly careful inspected. The fan if found damaged should be repaired, and then clean inside of the bearing box with kerosene.
The following three points must be noted during the installation operation
1.In some joint surface, in order to prevent rust, reduce the difficulty of disassembly, should be coated with a layer of lubricating oil or mechanical oil
2.When bolts are bolted on the joint surface, if there are positioning pins, they should be first put on the pins, and then tighten the bolts.
3.Check the inside of the machine casing, there should be no tools or sundries dropped in or left behind
