● Remote monitoring of daily production and machine support

● Automatically install the nose frame
● Place and weld elastic headbands
● Cut the mask outline from the material
● Flip the mask 180 degrees

Automatic disposable surgical mask manufacturing machine is an automatic mask production line, including a blank mask manufacturing machine and two sets of mask earring welding machines. It can produce 120-150 complete blank face masks per minute. Face mask specification: 175 * (80-100) mm three-layer filter mask of non-woven fabric. In addition to improving production efficiency and reducing costs, the unique design of the mask, combined with a single stand-alone mask maker, also aims to minimize human involvement and reduce the risk of pollution in the production process.
