Rotary external valve vacuum filler is suitable for filling liquid or thick products with or without suspended solids.
The vacuum filler is equipped with a system that generates vacuum through a special pump and a rotating distributor. The system pumps air out of the container and fills it with embalming fluid. In its operating cycle, the table chain conveyor guides the container to the variable pitch feed worm to facilitate its introduction. The feed worm screw synchronizes with the inlet star that transfers the container to the filling machine. At the beginning of the filled area, the container activates the device to enter the first phase of the operating cycle. The filling operation is controlled by a lever that controls the opening of the filling valve to allow the storage fluid to flow from the tank into the container. When the final stage is complete, the container is transferred to a steamer or sealer.

In order to reach high accuracy, filling speed and volume are adjustable.
The refiller head has been designed to fill 20-50 bottles per minute using particular manufacturing processes while avoiding leakage during the filling process.
The computer has a reduced footprint, so that it can be carried and fitted better in long or short areas of operation.
