Setting:Compression Hydraulic Set and release Packer, Plus hydraulic pressure on the oil tube,the pressure will drive the setting piston upward to compress the rubber tube,so the radial direction of rubber tube will be expanded,the sealing oil jacket will annulus empty.
Release:Release the pressure of the oil tube,rubber tube will restore under the effect of elasticity, the packer will be released.
