Pulping
The five-axis water conservancy pulper
An old pulper need around 45 kw power , it will waste energy and lower the efficiency .(it can produce the pulping of the 150kg of dry paper within half an hour ) Our company’s Research and Development Department are inspired by the rotating blades that cutting the wood, vertically install 5 axis in the pot .The 5 axis drive the saw blades to rotate.Because saw blades are parallel rotational cutting, the dynamic is very small. 5 motor in total 25kw. But the area of the 5 axis multi-saw blade cutting is large, within half an hour can make 300kg of high concentration pulp .The saw blades rotate in the water , which can snap the paper pulp fiber ,have the effect of the fiber relief ,make the paper pulp more delicate, which can reduce a defibering procedure ,(the deflaker need 18 kw ),save the kinetic energy .At this time, an energy-efficient pulping machine can save more than 30 percent energy .The production is twice than the old one , also the quality exceeds that old one.
Forming

It is a single drum, including Turnover Mould, Pressing Mould and Transferring Mould. have 8 side , one sde have 5 molds , the total is 40 froming molds and 5 transfer molds and 5 press molds .

(1) Pressing Mould:
--the Pressing mould can press the wet egg tray automatically during production, forcing a dehydration of wet egg tray to save the drying energy;
--to eliminate the regularity and wrinkles on the back of egg tray, improving the appearance quality of egg tray;
(2) Turnover Mould:
---the Turnover Mould will press the wet egg tray again during transferring egg tray, increasing the egg tray density, to reduce the deformation in dryer
Drying line
Lengthening multilayer drying line:
Old traditional drying line is shorter, the effective length of drying is within 30m to 40m, egg trays use the high temperature to dry, temperature is controled in the range of 200-220 degrees. Drying time of egg trays in drying line is about 10 minutes. the abuse of drying with high temperature is to make the wet egg trays meet high temperature quickly, the surface of the wet egg trays form a hard film, it is difficult to evaporate the moisture from wet trays, increasing the difficulty of egg trays to dry.
First, waste energy; Second, the egg trays shape badly; Third, the drying egg trays are easy to catch fire.Lengthening drying line is more longer, the actual drying length is about 105m, the temperature is controled at about 160 degrees , the time of egg tray in the oven is about 20 minutes, egg trays dry slowly in the oven and are not easy out of shape.
