Perform full cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable using ERP system; Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close including accruals, prepaids, depreciation entries and reconciliations; Prepare, review, and evaluate various key financial statement accounts to determine whether the accounts are reasonably stated and initiate any adjustments needed in the general ledger by preparing necessary adjusting entries for the company's freight forwarding and e-commerce logistic business; Produce and evaluate monthly fixed/intangible asset schedules based on any influences of assets purchases, disposals, and depreciation/amortization; Handle key financial statistics reporting packages for management’s information including monthly and quarterly income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow by applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); Responsible for monthly financial reports reconciliation and analysis including monthly bank reconciliations, credit card statements, aging accounts receivable, top 20 customers/vendors analysis and allowance for doubtful account analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as Vlookup and Pivot table; Perform monthly ratio analysis related to operational management including shipment quantities and weights analysis, Profit margin, return on equity and asset ratios using data generated from ERP systems; etc.
Minimum Requirements: Must have Master’s degree and 1 year of experience.
