Our Wire Flattening & Shaping Lines are designed for production of special profiles as well as wedges, half-rounds, Polygon, Pentagon, hexagon, trapezoid, rhombus, squares and flats. All units are designed following the customer specification and process needed.
Applying materials: suitable for ferrous metals, such as high-carbon, medium-carbon, low-carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, titanium wire, titanium nickel alloy wire.
Application: CRM rolling mill and Turks head arrangement can be used to produce wedge shaped wire used in oil and water well-screen production.
