Our agents combined have over 150 years of experience in the insurance industry. We are not your usual insurance agency with one agent who you never get to speak with and always have to deal with a different person. Every person in our agency is a licensed insurance agent. Lone Star Insurers has no service people and when you call in, you speak to YOUR agent. We pride ourselves in our one on one service. We also spend the time to explain to you exactly what is being covered and are more than capable to answer all of your questions. Our agents are people who live in your communities and understand your individual needs. Lone Star Insurers is a family owned and operated business and we want our clients to feel that they are a part of the Lone Star Insurers family. When you come in, Paul Sr. is always here to greet you and make sure you are getting exactly what you need. From a cup of coffee to that hard to place insurance policy you have been searching for. Paul Jr is the Marketing, Tech, Content, day-to-day operations guy. He does some sales as well but primarily makes sure all of our agents have everything they need in order to take care of their clients. Together Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. work to make sure all of the agents and their clients are happy and have the insurance policy that fits their individual needs.
