GJP 20MM Bore Radial Ball Bearing 6204ZZC3, which is single row type, and is made of one round shape Inner Ring, One Outer ring, one set of pressed steel cage(rivet type), one set of steel bearing, two metal Z-shields, and 30% to 35% volumn of bearing grease, GJP design our products with hardened chrome steel race and steel ball(HRC59 to 63), prelube type, and more stronger and bigger rivets on mounted steel cage, greasing on both sides of bearings, and in order for better sealing to protect bearing inside from dust, GJP design our deep groove ball bearing with V groove on outer diameter of inner race, and black chamfer on the corner of bearing race.
There is C3 clerance design for this bearing, and there are Co, C2, C3, C4 for customer’s choice, and for the size precision, in order to gurantee our bearing to have excellent performance according to different application demands,GJP provide ABEC-1, ABEC-3 quality level(for smaller size, we could produce up to ABEC-5 quality level),
6204ZZC3 could be a 6204-2RS by replacing the Z shield into NBR seal.
