Zinc alloy is used to make the metal applicator tube for eye essence lotion packaging. The surface of the applicator is often with golden or silver UV coating in order to make the touching smoothly. The applicator is bevel designed for applying the lotion freely. The applicator includes 4 parts, a plastic nozzle tip, the bevel touching art, a short cover and a long big cover. All parts can be uninstalled or assembled during the finished products filling and packing. The tube is a plastic LDPE tube, with shiny red color and one color silk screen printing.

Why we need MOQ 10000pcs for the metal applicator tube order?
Because the machine produces the PE tubes very fast, but the time for replacing the different diameter of tube mould is very long, so the cost of labor and time for changing the machine parts waste too much if the order quantity is less than 10000pcs. Furthermore, the different parts of the applicator, they all need the UV coating, MOQ for the UV coating also need 10k.
