Hydroxytyrosol is a natural nutrient derived from olives, which has no toxic and side effects on the body and has good safety. As a typical phenolic compound, hydroxytyrosol is considered to be one of the most efficient active antioxidants with strong antioxidant activity and pharmacological effects, so it is more and more favored by the market. The ash content of Natural Hydroxytyrosol Powder extracted from olive leaf is about 15% in the market. After our R&D department in the long terms, we find that Hydroxytyrosol Powder extracted from olive fruit could solve this issue, which its ash content is no more than 5%.
