In Gr 5 titanium plate cutting, the common process flow and contents are described as follows:
Titanium plate
(1) In case of semi-automatic cutting, the guide rail shall be placed on the titanium plate plane, and then the cutting machine shall be placed on the guide rail. Note that the sequence cannot be reversed.
(2) The cutting parameters shall be appropriate and reasonably determined according to the thickness of titanium plate, so as to obtain good cutting effect.
(3) Check whether the cutting nozzle gas is unblocked, and dredge it in time in case of blockage.
(4) The surface of titanium plate shall be cleaned before cutting, and a certain space shall be reserved, which can be conducive to the blowing out of slag.
(5) The distance between the cutting nozzle and the titanium plate surface should be appropriate. It is not good if it is too close or too far.
(6) The preheating of titanium plate shall be sufficient to avoid affecting the cutting process.
(7) If cutting work pieces of different sizes, cut small pieces first and then large ones.
