How To Print W2 in Quickbooks Desktop 2021 - When you use QuickBooks Desktop to print W2 forms, you can keep all your company's financial information in one place, as well as easily track income and expenses. Here's how to do it.
First, make sure that the information you have entered in QuickBooks is correct. Start by going to the Employees menu and selecting Payroll Center, then W2s/W3s. Select Year-End Forms, then click on Print W-2s. Make sure the boxes for all your employees are checked, then click on Print Selected Forms. It will take a few minutes for your printer to complete the job. Your W2 forms are now ready to be mailed to your employees or sent electronically according to IRS guidelines.
When it comes time to file employee taxes, you'll need the W-2 forms that QuickBooks Desktop automatically generates. This article will walk you through printing your W-2s in QuickBooks Desktop 2021.
Step 1: Print W-2s for your employees
To print your W-2s in QuickBooks Desktop, follow these steps:
1. From the Employees menu, select Print Forms.
2. Click W-2/W-3 Forms and click OK.

4. In the top left of your window, mark the box next to the employee(s) whose W-2s you want to print. Or select All to print them for everyone in your company file at once.

* Select either 'Single or multiple copies of all forms' or 'Single copy of each form'. If you select Single copy of each form make sure your printer can handle multiple pages that need to be printed from one job (check with your printer manufacturer). If not you will need to print each employee's form individually by selecting Single or multiple copies of all forms instead and repeat this step
