1. High-temperature resistance
The main material of molybdenum screw is molybdenum metal, and the purity of molybdenum is as high as 99.95%. "molybdenum" as the raw material has a very high melting point, which leads to the high-temperature resistance of molybdenum screws usually reaching 1600°~1700°. The melting point of stainless steel screws is generally around 1300°~1400°. This means that molybdenum screws can often meet the working requirements of many high-temperature environments that ordinary screws cannot reach.
2. Excellent conductivity
In addition to the high melting point, moly screws also have excellent electrical conductivity, which can be adapted to many devices that require electrical conductivity.
3. Good corrosion resistance
Many parts of the material face the problem of corrosion and rust in the daily use process. The moly screw, the raw material of molybdenum, does not react with hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and alkali solutions at room temperature, and is only soluble in nitric acid, aqua regia, or concentrated sulfuric acid, and is also suitable for most liquid metals, non-metallic slag, and molten glass. It is quite stable, so molybdenum screws also have good corrosion resistance.
4. Low thermal expansion coefficient
Moly screws also have a low coefficient of thermal expansion. This advantage is very important for the application of metal-ceramic structures, metal-semiconductor structures, and metal-graphite structures.
