Full Job Description:
Under supervision of senior technical staff, provide technical expertise
and support related to battery development and manufacturing. Solve problems with
new or existing battery products, including battery cell testing, battery product
design, material selection, or manufacturing processes. Utilize knowledge of
manufacturing processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods,
quality control standards and product design, materials and parts to improve battery
module manufacturing processes or reduce battery module costs. Develop and
research battery reliability and battery management system technical parameters
through testing.
