Role Summary
We are looking for individuals who can positively drive the sales of
glycobiology products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the sales of glycobiology products and services.
Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies.
Identify, nurture, and act on opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
Remove issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives.
Effectively coordinate sales operation activities with other functions including services, consulting, and market analysis, as appropriate.
Collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
Operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining focus and a customer-first attitude.
Basic Qualifications
Ph.D. in biology or chemistry is preferred.
An advanced degree in biochemistry, chemistry, or other related fields can also be considered.
Demonstrated success in sales, sales enablement, and/or training, or with great potential for success in the sale of reagents and services.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and outstanding negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in a team selling environment.
Experience in the glycobiology industry is preferred.
