Contact customers and explain products, warranties, services, prices, availability, and credit terms; recommend products to customers according to their needs and expectations; provide invoices and define payment details to clients; meet sales targets, increase conversion rates, and strive to meet quota fulfillment; follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve problems, and generate return business; obtain new leads through all available resources, including social media and email; deliver a premium customer service experience in the marble stone industry.
