Full Job Description:

Receive customer phone calls, emails, and letters, respond, take messages, and forward or settle complaints. Maintain and update documents and information in digital and paper formats. Prepare letters, presentations, emails, and spreadsheets with computer software. Prepare and supervise work schedules by preparing and assisting professionals with preparing documents from telecommuting. Advise supervisor of deadlines and activities according to schedule and plan. Compile, copy, scan, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and meetings, among other activities.
High School diploma and 1 year of experience are required for this job opportunity.
