Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure projects internally and the entire life cycle from project initiation to closing processes. Communicate with appropriate stakeholders and third party vendors throughout the process. Act as Subject Matter Expert in regard to various platforms being utilized as tools. Strategically prioritize, balance workloads and work directly with IT/Sys Operations Manager, Systems Engineers, HR and Upper Management to ensure projects are successful. Attend initial intake meetings for new client on-boarding. Attend weekly meetings with new/existing clients on on-boarding/offloading projects. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliverables, and plan, schedule management. Develop project charters and the sequence of activities. Maintain the relationship between the predecessor and successor for the projects. Manage internal and external resources to accomplish goals and objectives. Communicate project status and constraints on a weekly basis. Maintain all cost variances within the project budget. Work on quality control using tools such as flowcharts, cause and effect diagrams, and control charts. Develop project documentation to project control and delivery. Position requires Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration with specialization in Information Systems Management or Any other quantitative discipline. Requires 2 years experience as Software Developer, Dev/Ops Automation Engineer, IT Specialist or any technical project management role related to web application development. Requires prior experience in Technical Project Management.
