Full Job Description:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage office supplies and order replacements as needed. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Input and update customer information, package details, and delivery records in databases. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages, tracking numbers, and delivery statuses. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or person. Provide information about delivery options, pricing, and transit times. Assist customers with tracking packages and resolving delivery-related issues. Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and other necessary documentation for packages. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards. Assist with any necessary paperwork related to international shipments. Create and process invoices for customers and clients. Keep track of payments and follow up on overdue invoices. Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing discrepancies. Address logistical issues, delays, and other challenges that may arise during the delivery process. Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
A high school diploma and 6 months of experience are required for this job opportunity.
