- Responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of property ensuring every structure harmonizes with surrounding environment. Develop innovative and sustainable architectural concepts for new buildings, structures, and renovations within the resort premises. Integrate natural elements and biophilic principles to enhance guest experiences and create a connection with the surrounding environments. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Submission and approval of zoning and permit applications to the local building department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to manage architectural projects from conception to completion. Provide technical expertise, guidance, and oversight during the construction and renovation processes. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to deliver successful outcomes. Work closely with the management team, interior designers, and external consultants to ensure seamless execution of architectural projects. Communicate design concepts effectively, both visually and verbally, to stakeholders and project teams. Req. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or an architectural related field. Req. 5 years’ experience as architect, project architect, or related. Proficiency in Revit and photo realistic rendering software. Professional experience in architecture with focus on hospitality, resorts or wellness projects. Req license/certification: Valid AZ architectural license
