POSITION TITLE: Convenience Store Manager
POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a convenience store, including opening, and closing store. Ensure compliance with food safety laws, maintaining good vendor relationships, administrative and personnel record keeping, coordinating employee schedules, and tracking inventory. Review sales reports and other data to measure profitability and goals set out by company. Prepare and plan sales promotions of inventory best suited. Build product displays, keep shelves organized, ensure price labels are displayed correctly, order supplies, and replenish inventory. Ensure clients are greeted with excellent customer service. Ensure that customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma + 24 months’ experience as a Store Manager + Food Manager Certification or Food Safety Certificate. Alternatively, the employer accepts 24 months of experience in any manager, executive or director position + Food Manager Certification or Food Safety Certificate.
HOURS: 40 hours/week
