POSITION TITLE: Interior Design Consultant
POSITION DUTIES: Confer with clients to determine needs. Present work to clients for approval. Develop products and prototypes. Assist in the creation of aesthetically pleasing interior spaces or create new fashions. Coordinate construction or installation activities. Inspect facilities or sites to determine if they meet specifications or standards. Estimate costs for projects. Maintain inventories of materials, equipment, or products. Place orders at the factory in Brazil by phone and email. Use digital design software to create prototypes, drawings, and other representations to show the clients what the end product will look like. Select color schemes, styles, themes, and layouts to bring the approved design to life. Stay up to date with the latest trends. Ensure that the clients' message has been conveyed and that they are satisfied with the end product. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to learn and comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic AutoCAD. Proficiency in Portuguese language preferred. Proficiency in Portuguese language is not required to perform the duties. Available to work flexible schedule to support business needs.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma + 2 years of experience in the position offered. In lieu of the required experience, the employer accepts Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

HOURS: 40 hours/week
