Full Job Description:
POSITION DUTIES: Meet with client to understand project requirements as it relates to flooring installation. Prepare estimate and proposal for client. Coordinate with client to sign agreement. Prepare project timeline and schedule to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors for job site to be prepared for work. Direct and supervise subcontractors to perform work/installation services at the worksite. Prepare progress reports for client. Coordinate for the job site to be cleaned properly after installation completed.
Job Requirements:High School + 2 years of experience in the job offered. In lieu of the required experience, employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in construction or civil engineering.
