Full Job Description:

Design, plan and direct orientation and training programs for employees or customers. Provide analysis and solutions related to Finance and Customer Service during the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. Develop training procedure manuals and guides. Coordinate the clean-up and reconciliation of administrative files. Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain and improve job skills. Analyze application, financial, and customer data to gather insights and identify underlying facts. Develop methods to communicate data and insights. Present findings, observations and make recommendations to stakeholders. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system solutions.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or International Business Management + 2 years of related experience. Alternatively, the employer accepts 2 years of experience as a Project and Process Specialist or any Systems Analyst position.

HOURS: 40 hours/week
