Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a food, beverage, and tobacco store, including closing the store at 10pm. Ensure that the store is properly closed, and all items are properly stored. Maintain administrative records and coordinate employee schedules. Responsible for controlling stock. Review sales reports and other data to measure profitability and goals set by the company. Prepare and plan sales promotions for the most suitable stock. Build product displays, keep shelves organized, ensure price labels are displayed correctly. Track the income at the cash register and the balance at the end of the day. Ensure sanitation standards and safety regulations are consistently met. Ensure clients are greeted with excellent customer service. Ensure that customer complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Must be available to work in the evenings and some weekends. Hours may vary during staff vacation or holidays.

Job requirements: High School + 2 years of experience in the job position. In lieu of the required experience, the employer will accept 2 years of experience in any management, supervisory or customer service roles.
