What You’ll be Doing
Are you results focused and love to help others? Do you have a passion to maximize sale opportunities? In this role, you will engage in inbound consultative sales for small business accountant customers, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to present solutions that put money back in their customers' pockets without additional work or hassle allowing them to focus on what matters most. Focused on educating the customer on their current products, you’ll also identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day,
You’ll bring your passion and experience in goal setting and negotiation to close larger deals, handle objections and rebuttals with more sophisticated customers
Manage inbound calls from existing customers, identifying sales opportunities and guiding them from initial inquiry to successful close
Partner with both new and existing accounting professionals to assess their needs and recommend tailored Intuit solutions
Drive sales through accountants by suggesting a range of solutions from our portfolio, supporting small to mid-market businesses
What You Bring to the Role
·1 year of sales experience with a proven ability to assess and articulate customers' buying criteria, aligning them with tailored solutions.
·Strong business acumen with the ability to tackle complex customer and organizational challenges effectively.
·A solid foundation in business fundamentals, including measurement and business finance, with the ability to provide valuable feedback on product pricing, delivery, and service to management.
·Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations before escalating to the next level
·High school diploma or equivalent
·Computer experience
