Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Perform financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investing, and reporting financial data. Analyze and present practical solutions from a cost vs. benefit analysis. Review and correct deficiencies identified on Internal Financial Reports. Comply with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations, adhering to requirements, advising management on required actions, and calculating quarterly estimated tax payments and assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filing. Prepare, verify, adjust and balance journals and ledgers. Independently prepare financial reports and correspondence. Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting complex financial data, and provide special advice by studying operation issues, applying financial principles and developing recommendations. Prepare work papers, audit worksheets, reconciliations and financial statements.
