Full Job Description:
Instruct student pilots in flight procedures and techniques in accordance with the course specific Airmen Certification Standards. Accompany and assist students on training flights. Teach
students techniques for controlling aircraft during taxiing, take offs, spins, turns, and landings and other maneuvers as required by the course specific Airmen Certification Standards and/or
Practical Test Standards. Teach and explain topics set forth in the course specific Airmen Certification Standards and/or Practical Test Standards. Provide instructional knowledge of
aircraft components such as rudder, flaps, ailerons, compass, and tachometer. Give students proficiency tests. Ensure that all flight lessons and flight books are completed before
requesting stage check. Ensure that all training activities, flights, and briefings are conducted during specified time. Help do preflight and tying down aircraft. Must be able to attend
meetings and be able to perform other duties assigned. Aircraft type Cessna 172.
