DATA ANALYST – Data Collection and Analysis: Gathe, clean and organize large datasets from various sources. Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data findings. Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Date Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations. Manage and maintain databases and data systems such as Quickbooks/SQL/R ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data and provide analytical support. Collaborate with IT and software development teams to implement data solutions and improve data infrastructure. Predictive Analysis and Modeling: Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to build predictive models. Continuously improve models based on feedback and performance metrics. Business Strategy Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. Identify opportunities for business growth and process optimization through data analysis. Scrum Participation: Participate on daily stand-ups, sprint planning and sprint reviews as part of the Scrum team. Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize and plan data related tasks within sprints. Ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects by adhering to Scrum principles and practices. Provide regular updates on task progress and potential roadblocks during Scrum meetings. Req. BSC Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related and 2 years’ experience as Data Analyst, Business System/Intelligence Analyst, Data Manager or related. Req. Experience working within a Scrum or Agile environment and proficiency in data analysis tools/software ie SQL, Python, R. Salary $69,160.00/yr.
