Full Job Description:
INTERIOR DESIGNER – Create interior designs for high end residential and commercial properties. Create three-dimensional or interactive representations, detailed design drawings and photo quality renders of designs using ArchiCAD and BIMx software to meet requirements and aesthetic vision. Prepare ArchiCAD plans for building and structures according to specifications provided by the structural engineering plans and MEP’s. Select appropriate materials and furnishings ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Model the plans with the Project Managers and Superintendents prior to the start of construction. Collaborate with the architecture and design departments to design intent and vision. Create sketches of furniture and cabinetry and other concepts for clients and managers. Req. Bachelors Degree in any design related discipline and 2 years’ experience as an Interior Designer, Product Designer or related. Req. experience with Archicad, Autocad & Rhinoceros software.
