Project Coordinator – Clive Wilkinson Architects Inc. 8927 Lindblade Street, Culver City, CA 90232.

Responsible for day-to-day design and/or technical development throughout an assigned project; Develop design and detailing concepts according to parameters defined by PM/PA; Ensure the overall design intent of the project established is incorporated into detailed documentation; Assist the PM/PA in overseeing the design and detailing process from concept design through construction administration; Assist the PM/PA in communicating directions to the internal team and less experienced staff; Coordinate drawings and specifications with external consultant teams; Work with contractors, consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, fabricators, regulatory agencies and specification writers to achieve project objectives. Requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture; environmental design or interior design and 6 months of work experience as Architectural designer; Designer intern or related. Lighting Design certificate required. Strong graphic and oral design communication skills, including the ability to produce 3-D presentation drawings (digitally or by hand) to convey design ideas; Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; Knowledge of AutoCad, Rhino 3D modeling software as well as multiple of its plug-ins (Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape); Prior experience working on commercial projects from concept design through construction documentation; Prior experience specifying architectural finishes, accessories, and lighting fixtures; Prior experience evaluating and documenting existing site conditions in the form of as-built drawings.
