Manage all aspects of the project, from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring the projects are completed on time. Planned, organized, and scheduled roofing project activities. Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and field personnel. Monitor project budgets, material orders, and labor costs. Lead weekly project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members to review progress. Maintain project logs. Obtain the appropriate permits. Oversee final inspections and client handover processes. Knowledge of MS Office and Project management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Req.: bachelor’s in civil engineering or architecture + 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction field.
