Lead Barista Trainer

Oversee the training and development of baristas to ensure high-quality coffee preparation and excellent customer service. Teach espresso brewing, latte art, and coffee grinding for both in-house service and retail sales. Maintain quality control by monitoring beverage consistency, equipment use, and hygiene standards. Work with management to improve menu offerings, streamline operations, and enhance the customer experience. Support sales by educating staff and customers on the company’s coffee, including its origins and brewing methods. Help promote the brand through community events and customer engagement. Required: 2 year of experience (Barista Trainer) Travel: 50% local travel to other coffee shops of the company.
