Job Summary We are hiring motivated and skilled HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities 🔧 Installation Install new HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and ductwork Perform system start-ups, testing, and calibration Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications 🛠 Service & Repair Diagnose and repair heating and cooling system issues efficiently Perform emergency service calls when needed Replace defective parts such as motors, capacitors, thermostats, and compressors Provide accurate explanations and recommendations to customers 🧰 Maintenance Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems Clean, adjust, and test system components to ensure optimal performance Identify potential problems and recommend preventative solutions 🤝 Customer Service Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and business owners Maintain clean and organized work areas Represent the company with honesty, respect, and professionalism Requirements Experience in HVAC installation or service (preferred but not required for entry-level) EPA Certification (required or willingness to obtain) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Qualifications 1–5 years of HVAC experience NATE Certification (a plus) Experience with heat pumps, ductless systems, and geothermal systems Strong electrical and mechanical skills Residential and light commercial experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Steady year-round work On-the-job training and career growth Supportive, team-oriented environment Company vehicle (for qualified technicians) Tools, uniforms, and safety equipment provided How to Apply If you’re ready to grow your career with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term success, apply today.
