POSITION DUTIES Assist in promoting the company's cleaning services through basic online and offline marketing activities. Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, emails, and social media posts. Help maintain the company website and online business listings to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Collect and organize client feedback through surveys and basic follow-up communication. Track simple marketing performance data and prepare summary reports for internal use. Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls and maintaining files. Conduct basic research on competitors and market trends. REQUIREMENTS: High School + 2 years of experience in the position. In lieu of the required experience, the employer accepts an Associate’s degree in Marketing or related field + Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce certificate or similar.
