The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to promote and sell a full range of insurance products to small and large groups, including but not limited to group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental benefits. The agent will consult with business owners, executives, and HR professionals to assess organizational needs, design tailored insurance solutions, and guide clients through the selection, application, and enrollment processes. Duties include negotiating policy terms with carriers, conducting plan renewals, maintaining compliance with state and federal insurance regulations, managing client accounts, handling policy modifications, and assisting with claims support. The agent will also be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and industry outreach. Maintaining accurate records, achieving sales and retention goals, and providing ongoing client service and education are essential functions of the position.
