Job Description
The position is responsible for managing sales activities including supervision of contracts, and direct sales of our products across the world. Being also responsible for sourcing of meat product from the Latin America market, spearheading an organization's global sales efforts and driving revenue growth across international markets.

POSITION TITLE: Global Sales Manager
POSITION DUTIES: The position is responsible for managing sales activities including supervision of contracts, and direct sales of our products across the world. Being also responsible for sourcing of meat
product from the Latin America market, spearheading an organization's global sales efforts and driving revenue growth across international markets. Strong sales track record with the ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities concurrently with shifting time frames, and meet deadlines. Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through. Meet our revenue targets, we should always be looking for international markets opportunities for Marcel's to make an impact and always be closing. Identify and secure new customers and suppliers directly. This requires the establishment of relationships with the key decision makers and influencers in the various organizations, understanding their current and product’s needs, and working to find the right product for them. Identify opportunities for alternative go-to-market strategies and be able to defend them internally. Represent Marcel's at worldwide food shows and events.
REQUIREMENTS: Associate of Science + 12 months of experience as sales manager. Alternatively, the employer will accept Bachelor of Science + 12 months of experience in business development, account manager or similar sales related job.
HOURS: 40 hours/week
