POSITION DUTIES: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to support design, fabrication, and installation of custom granite, marble, and quartz countertops. Assist in preparing drawings and working with drafters/designers on countertop layouts. Support the fabrication and installation teams by ensuring designs are accurate and feasible. Help oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper function. Participate in problem-solving when equipment or process issues arise; assist in identifying and recommending solutions. Contribute to quality control by checking measurements, finishes, and tolerances. Communicate with project managers and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule. REQUIREMENTS: High School +2 years of experience in the job offered. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in mechanical or construction engineering and an AutoCAD certification.
