About the role About the Role\nWe’re looking for full-stack Product Engineer who will architect and build core aspects of the Inventive’s platform, shape our technical direction from day one, and own the end-to-end experience across the product. If you need clear instructions, rigid structure, or overt amount of processes, this isn’t the role for you.\nIf you’re a high-agency rockstar who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and loves turning ideas into elegant, scalable systems that customers love—you will thrive here.\nThis role is a high leverage role in the following ways:\n\n\nStrategic Impact – you will work directly with the founders to influence technical and product direction, deciding how we scale our platform and what bets we make.\n\nEnd-to-End Ownership – Take ideas from rough concepts to production-ready systems – UI/UX, frontend components, and everything critical for to ensure our product is fast, reliable, and a joy to use.\n\nCustomer-Driven Development – Talk to customers, understand their needs, and turn feedback into technical solutions that directly impact their growth.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelop product features across our platform, from technical design to implementation.\nBuild solutions end-to-end spanning the frontend (Typescript, React, Next.js) and backend (Python/Django/APIs), service and database layers.\nBe able to build reliable user interfaces, reusable components, manage app state and optimize API calls.\nCollaborate with engineering and design teams to build a robust, world class product that delights users.\nWrite high-quality, well-documented, and testable code while moving fast to deliver outcomes.\nMaintain and optimize our codebase for performance and user experience.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong experience (5-8 years) in a full stack engineering role.\nStrong frontend development skills (Typescript, React, Tailwind CSS)\nObsess over building the product with best UX and quality.\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills.\nDemonstrate ownership and thrive in unstructured environments.\nAbility to move quickly and meet tight deadlines.\n\nStrong Plus\n\nHands-on experience with Language Models and AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)\nExperience with Redis for caching and session management.\nEnterprise software development experience with security and compliance considerations\n\nAbout Inventive AI\nAt Inventive, our mission is to build intelligence that helps B2B sales teams win deals. Our first product is a suite of AI agents sales teams to create winning proposals and RFP responses.
