With a strong academic grounding and deep technical literacy, you'll understand how data, tools, processes, and people interact across our company and fix interactions when they break. Full Description
As our Operations Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that enable our business to scale. You will work closely with our CEO, CTO, Sales, and Finance teams to understand how data, tools, processes, and people interact across our company. Your strong academic grounding and deep technical literacy will enable you to diagnose failure modes and ensure our business runs predictably. You will be the owner of our operational foundations and will be motivated by building robust systems that enable scale. Our company, Brickwise, is a Y Combinator backed AI property manager that automates maintenance requests and has raised over $3M in funding.
