Head of Applications - Asia

Overview is seeking a Head of Applications - Asia to lead technical teams and drive customer success. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, with experience in manufacturing, technical leadership, and customer-facing roles. As a technical leader, you will own the technical success of our largest American customers operating factories in China, representing tens of millions in recurring revenue. You will work directly with the founder, travel heavily, and play a central role in scaling Overview.ai across Asia. Your responsibilities will include deploying Overview.ai systems, leading and coaching a team of application engineers, and partnering with sales, product, and HQ engineering to win and expand large accounts. You will also be responsible for training and coaching engineers on fundamentals, setting technical standards, and turning on-the-ground learnings into better deployments, better training, and better product.
