Founding Operations

Human Archive is a robotics data lab that collects large-scale, real-world datasets of humans performing everyday tasks. We're looking for a Founding Operations Manager to own the end-to-end process of securing access to labor environments and converting it into high-velocity data collection. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead field teams and manage on-site execution. The role involves designing and executing access strategies, building trust with corporate partners, and ensuring reliable data capture and upload workflows.
