Founding GTM Lead

Macadamia is a company that helps industrial engineers automate repetitive engineering work with AI. As a Founding GTM Lead, you will build and run our go-to-market motion from scratch, working directly with the founders and owning pipeline generation end-to-end. You will talk to customers, book and qualify sales calls, build lead lists, and run cold email and LinkedIn campaigns. You will also set up and maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene, build automations to scale outreach, and run growth experiments. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B outbound sales, pipeline generation, and CRM management. Experience in the EPC industry and AI automation is a plus.
