Founding Engineer

As our second engineer, you'll work closely with Caddy's founders to develop the company's core architecture, product direction, and execution. You'll have a significant impact on building real-time systems, agentic workflows, and creating a product that you'll use daily. Your responsibilities will include owning large, ambiguous problems, choosing approaches, shipping new features, and iterating based on user feedback. We're a Y Combinator-backed company, and our team works in person at our SoHo office. You'll be an integral part of our team, working on innovative products and collaborating with like-minded individuals.
