Founding Mechanical Engineer

Voltic is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and prototyping of our solar array and battery-stack systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience launching complex hardware systems and proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360. Responsibilities include conducting structural Finite Element analyses, creating technical drawings, and developing Bills of Materials. The role requires a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, with 3+ years of mechanical and structural design experience. The candidate should be comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment and be able to take designs from concept to prototype and eventual mass-production.
