Staff AI Engineer - Utah

At Podium, we're building a platform to help local businesses thrive. Our AI Agent platform handles millions of customer conversations monthly. As a Staff AI Engineer, you'll design and implement APIs, services, and infrastructure for multi-turn customer interactions. You'll own the full lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, and collaborate with engineers and AI/ML scientists to deliver end-to-end features. We're looking for someone with 10+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency in modern languages like Go, Python, or Elixir, and experience with AI agents in production environments. You should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across teams.
